Australian Customers:

If you live in Melbourne and would like to arrange to pick up your order from my studio in Essendon, please use the discount code MELBOURNEPICKUP to cancel out the shipping costs. I will email you when your order is ready for collection.

All postage orders will be posted within 5 days of receiving payment (except for made-to-order jewellery) using Australia Post standard delivery service with tracking. Should you buy a made-to-order jewellery piece and pottery, your order will be sent out in full when the jewellery is complete.

All of my orders are sent in recycled cardboard boxes and 100% compostable, zero waste postage satchels, supporting another small Australian business, Hero Packaging.
